The Mission Statement
The mission of the Woodland Area Chamber of Commerce is to promote economic progress and quality of life in the Woodland community and to foster a climate in which commerce, industry and agriculture will flourish.
The Woodland Area Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization that means business! It consists of owners, managers, presidents and other key representatives from a spectrum of businesses and organizations in and around the Woodland area. The Chamber provides the opportunity to be directly involved in efforts to improve the business, cultural and civic well-being of the area.
The Objectives of the Woodland Area Chamber of Commerce are:
- To coordinate the efforts of commerce, industry and the professions in maintaining and strengthening a sound and healthy business climate in the Woodland area.
- To stimulate activities which will provide for the full development and employment of our human and economic resources.
- To provide creative business leadership and effective coordination of all interested parties in solving community problems and initiating constructive community action.
- To create a broad understanding and appreciation of the great opportunities in the Woodland area and to promote the advantages and assets of our community within the area, state and nation.
The Chamber recognizes and appreciates the contribution of the members who help to fund important Chamber programs.
