Patients and their loved ones anticipate certain losses when dealing with a serious of life-limiting illness. At each session , we will explore an aspect of the nature of anticipatory loss, examine strategies to make adjustments, provide a sage place to talk about loss experiences and learn effective ways that others cope.
This group is free-of-charge and open to patients and their loved ones. All residents of our five-county service area are welcomed. You do not need to receiving services from Yolo Hospice or Yolo Care to participate in this group.
