Recently, we had the pleasure of hearing from one of our region's most significant employers and industry leaders: Clark Pacific. During our Board of Directors meeting on February 26, 2026, the Clark Pacific team shared an inspiring vision for a proposed expansion project designed to meet the rising demand for prefabricated components.
This project represents more than just industrial growth; it is an investment in our local workforce. We are confident that this expansion will continue to provide high-quality employment opportunities that help attract and retain talented residents right here in Woodland. After a thorough review of the request to rezone 77 acres on Best Ranch Road from agricultural to industrial use, the Chamber is proud to stand behind this initiative.
